VK-NARDEP camps on sustainable development - through which almost all Village panchayats of Tamil Nadu have been trained- gives special emphasis on inter-personal relationships : developing and improving them, personality development, manifestation of human values in every day interactions etc. This is done through variety of games and participatory workshops which are designed to make the individual discover and appreciate the hidden talents and virtues within him/her and others around.
